1. Monthly plans

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing date has passed. You may cancel anytime to stop future charges; access continues until the end of the billed period.

2. Annual plans

Annual plans are refundable on a pro-rata basis within 14 days of purchase for EU/UK consumers exercising statutory withdrawal rights. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable except as required by law.

3. Lifetime plans

Lifetime plans are refundable within 14 days of purchase, less the value of any premium credits, AI tokens, or paid add-ons consumed. After 14 days, lifetime plans are non-refundable.

4. Exceptions

Material service defect we cannot remediate within a reasonable time.
Duplicate billing caused by our systems.
Refunds required by law in your jurisdiction (EU/UK statutory withdrawal, AU consumer guarantees, etc.).

5. Chargeback procedures

Contact legal@instantquotecreator.com before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in account suspension. We respond to all chargeback notices with evidence of service delivery.
