1. Reseller rights

Approved agencies may resell Instant Quote Creator subscriptions to clients under the pricing and tier structure published in the partner portal. Agencies may not relabel the platform without an executed white-label addendum.

2. Branding restrictions

Agencies may use our brand assets only as defined in the partner brand kit. No modification of logos, colors, or wordmarks. White-labeling requires the white-label tier.

3. Customer ownership

End-customer accounts are owned by the customer. Agencies operate as authorized administrators. Agency access ends when the customer revokes it.

4. Revenue sharing

Agency partners receive a recurring revenue share on managed accounts as set out in the partner portal. Share rates may change with 30 days' notice.

5. Support obligations

Agencies provide first-line support to their clients. We provide tier-2 support to the agency via the partner channel.

6. Liability limitations

Our liability to the agency is capped at the fees paid by the agency in the prior 12 months. Agencies indemnify us for claims arising from their representations to clients beyond our published documentation.
