1. Commission structure

Affiliates earn a recurring commission on net subscription revenue from referred customers. Tiers, percentages, and bonuses are listed in your affiliate dashboard and may be updated with 30 days' notice. Lifetime plan commissions are one-time.

2. Tracking methodology

We use last-click attribution via first-party cookies, server-side webhooks, and unique affiliate codes. Manual attribution is at our discretion in exceptional cases.

3. Attribution windows

Default cookie window: 90 days. Server-side attribution is preserved for the full customer lifecycle once tagged.

4. Fraud prevention

Self-referrals, fake accounts, and incentivized sign-ups are prohibited.
We use device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and conversion-velocity checks.
Any suspected fraud may result in commission forfeiture and program termination.

5. Prohibited promotion methods

Spam (email, comments, forums, DMs).
Trademark bidding on 'Instant Quote Creator' or close variants.
Misleading claims, fake reviews, or impersonating the brand.
Coupon-leak sites that do not provide genuine traffic.
Sub-affiliate networks without prior written approval.

6. PPC restrictions

You may not bid on our brand terms, common misspellings, or run direct-linked search ads to our domain. Display and social ads must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship.

7. Spam restrictions

All emails must comply with CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR. Lists must be opt-in. Unsubscribe must be honored within 10 days.

8. Social media rules

Disclose your affiliate relationship in every promotional post (e.g., #ad, #affiliate). Do not impersonate the brand or post misleading testimonials.

9. FTC disclosure requirements

US-based affiliates must comply with FTC Endorsement Guides. EU/UK affiliates must comply with local equivalents. Use the disclosure templates available in your dashboard.

10. Commission reversals

Commissions are reversed for refunds, chargebacks, fraudulent sign-ups, or cancellation during the refund window. Reversals appear in your dashboard ledger.

11. Payout schedules

Payouts are issued monthly, on the 15th, for commissions earned and held past the refund window of 30 days. Minimum payout: USD $50 (or equivalent). Methods: Stripe Connect or PayPal where available.

12. Termination rights

Either party may terminate at any time with written notice. Unpaid commissions held longer than 12 months after termination may be forfeited.
