Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Instant Quote Creator you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

We provide an AI-assisted quoting platform for contractors. Features may change over time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• One account per business unless otherwise agreed.

4. Trial & subscription

The 14-day free trial does not require a payment method. The Pro plan is a paid subscription billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

5. Acceptable use

• No illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, or resale of the service.
• Do not upload content you do not have rights to.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the quotes, client data, and materials you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and process them solely to operate the service.

7. Affiliate links

Outbound product links surfaced inside the platform may be affiliate links that earn us a commission. This does not change the price you or your client pay.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard.

9. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
