Instant Quote Creator ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our service you agree to this policy.

2. Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, business details, password (hashed).
• Quote & client data: content you create on the platform.
• Billing data: handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store card numbers.
• Usage data: device, browser, IP, pages visited, for analytics and security.

3. How we use your data

• To provide, maintain, and improve the service.
• To process subscriptions and send transactional emails.
• To prevent fraud and enforce our Terms.
• To send product updates (you can opt out at any time).

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share only with processors required to run the service (hosting, payments, email delivery, analytics), bound by contract.

5. Affiliate links

Some outbound product links may be affiliate links that earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. This never influences the content of your quotes.

6. Data retention

We keep account and quote data while your account is active. After deletion we remove personal data within 30 days, except where law requires longer retention (e.g. invoices).

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support. EU/UK users have GDPR rights, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

8. Security

We use encryption in transit, row-level security on the database, and least-privilege access. No system is 100% secure; report concerns to security@instantquotecreator.com.
